House Tour: Low Key Luxe

Have you guys seen the humble home of Designer Jean-Louis Deniot??? Well Elle Decor featured this with the title of Seveth Heaven and OH_MY_GOD. Could not agree more.

Here is the glorious Paris apartment, where his signature vision is applied.


 

We all LOVE fixer-uppers don't we?

As he told Elle Decor, the place was also incredibly run-down. Yet Deniot was seduced by its 11 windows and smart layout. A series of four linked rooms runs along the front of the apartment, and there are no corridors— hence, no wasted space. And the location was ideal: in the heart of the Carré Rive Gauche antiques district and just a two-minute walk from his office on rue de Verneuil.

The designer approached the project very much as he would for a client. The furnishings, for instance, were all bought specifically for the apartment. He also asked himself the most basic of questions in his line of work: "What should an interior of today look like?" The response — and end result — is thoroughly grounded in tradition.

House Tour: Trent Wisehart

Trent Wisehart's home on Elle Decor this morning is to DIE. Seriously insane.

First of all, I love gray walls, second of all, I love gallery walls and ceramic displays. And third! J'adore dark wood :)

3 Noteworthy Spaces

Mondays are tough, we all know that. Some amazing room porn is definitely what we all need on a monday to brighten our spirits. Riiiight? Check this out.

First of all, a master piece brought to you by Feldman Architecture {photo via Desire to Inspire} and I am like, FLOORED. Is there a more gorgeous kitchen out there? God, there are so many drool-worthy elements here it's not funny. Gotta love that loooong island, I am sure those who cook appreciate it. But there is also the natural light, the stone backsplash, the un-even shelves and the glorious salvaged wood at the front of the counter.

Then, we have this beauty... OH swoon! I am always crazy about a good gallery wall and some mean shades of gray! LOVE how this room is not femenine at all. I could live here no problemo.

Spacious living...

Most of us normal people live in normal houses, mine is a cute little house with just about enough space in all areas, certainly, nothin' like these spaces I have for you today.

They are all fab... and they are all big.... and I die with Envy {obviously}

I am like, freaking out, just look at the Ceiling-floor combo {gorgousness}

I don't normally adore green for decorating, my boyfriend mentioned it the other day for the dining room and I was like "say whaat?" but you know, I came across this image (at Decorology) and I totally freaked my freak. I LOVE IT!!!! what say YOU?

Yeah... Ridiculous.

You wanna know what is ridiculous? The OUTDOOR areas and the totally INSANE views in Courteney Cox's house, shared by the awesome and ever-generous people at Elle Decor that probably wanna see us turn green with envy and die any second now.

Inside, the house is cool, friendly and with some inneresting elements.

But the outdoor areas......................... HOLY SMOKES!

Right now I am wondering if there is a way of stealing her identity and move myself into her digs imediately if not sooner!!!
