Have you seen...

Actress Leelee Sobieski's house on VOGUE?

Ok, first of all, she makes me green with envy with all the perfection within herself. I'd kill for her genes. But ok, leaving that aside, lets get to her NY loft. It's AMAZING.

I guess when your husband is a designer, this is what you're in for!!!....

You like????

Go check out the entire awesomeness HERE.

Happy Saturdance!!!!!!!!!!!

House Tour: Low Key Luxe

Have you guys seen the humble home of Designer Jean-Louis Deniot??? Well Elle Decor featured this with the title of Seveth Heaven and OH_MY_GOD. Could not agree more.

Here is the glorious Paris apartment, where his signature vision is applied.

We all LOVE fixer-uppers don't we?

As he told Elle Decor, the place was also incredibly run-down. Yet Deniot was seduced by its 11 windows and smart layout. A series of four linked rooms runs along the front of the apartment, and there are no corridors— hence, no wasted space. And the location was ideal: in the heart of the Carré Rive Gauche antiques district and just a two-minute walk from his office on rue de Verneuil.

The designer approached the project very much as he would for a client. The furnishings, for instance, were all bought specifically for the apartment. He also asked himself the most basic of questions in his line of work: "What should an interior of today look like?" The response — and end result — is thoroughly grounded in tradition.

This guy is a genious if you ask me.
Love everything about his place.

What say you, lovely ones?

Ellen & Portia's home

Do you love openness!? salvaged wood?

Check out Ellen DeGeneres & Portia De Rossi's home in Beverly Hills. The place is pretty decadent... seriously stunning... it's a conglomeration of three separates abodes that make together nine bedrooms and 2.87 acres of land. The estate boasts a swimming pool, covered patio and koi ponds.

I personally love how organic it is. Check it out!

The luxurious home is now listed for $49 million (it took $48 million to pull it all together).

Phew!!! so glad it's not wayyy out of my budget!! LOLz.

Today's Brittish Place: East Sussex Home

Oh how I love this feature.

You know geeky me, obsessed with Sherlock Holmes and Harry Potter and all things brittish. Today, some brittish awesomeness via House to Home.

This ultra-chic home is an early Victorian house in a village in East Sussex. There's a kitchen-diner, TV room, study, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and in the loft there's another double bedroom and a playroom. The color palette is TO DIE.

Try to disagree...

The prints made me drool.

Did you likey?

Today's Brittish Place

This is Rochester House, in Kent. A delightful mix of old and new, stone work, aged wood, genius light solutions and beautiful colors.

It's simple, yet rich.

This last room kills me. Can't deal!

Country-Contemprary-Swedish

What a delicious combination of words, is it not!!???

This place really made my heart skip a beat today. I tell ya. The easy country contemporary style of this Stockholm sweet spot offers tons of style in its 1,500 sq. ft. A predominantly white palette, numerous skylights and studio windows throughout, and the open-to-above living area enhance the flat's sense of space.

Overlooking the living room, an upper-level office/library loft offers a secret spot to sneak away and do some quiet reading. The built-in shelving extends through the living room right up to the loft, accessed by a set of steps that blend right in with the shelves. TO DIE.

In the dining room, white floors, ceilings and walls punctuated by unusual architectural accents that I find ABSOLUTELY drool-worthy. {see plastered walls}

This work space is INSANE. I am gonna need a paper bag to breathe into.

Love it? it's for sale HERE.

Refurbished Flat in Barcelona

This is one of the most glorious refurbished spaces I've ever seen. You know, old buildings have a certain charm to it, which is why many people like buying Old rather than new... fixer-uppers sure are attractive to some of us, but remodeling can be really expensive.

The house features a delicious blend of contemporary and traditional- swoon.
Check it out!

Via Decoist,

Oh the floors!!! the tall ceilings!!

The windows and views!!!

Question:
Would you rather have a brand new house {white canvas?} or a Fixer Upper???

Today's Brittish Place

Palace Rd. House in London has so much simplicity and beauty I am like, floored. You see, i have a weakness for white spaces, {I'll wait till my kid is older though..........ok who am I kidding, I am just bad at deep-cleaning on a regular basis}.

This house has certain elements beyond the white walls, trims and frames we cannot overlook: fresh, organic slipcovers, natural fibers and wood, touches of baby blue, bare windows or VERY simple blinds, and many elements that were repurposed and revamped in some way. This is a DIYer's dream you guys. Let's see it!

Hello this kitchen!!! I love YOU!

Did you adore it or WHAT!
