J'ADORE bathrooms like this one, so bright and inviting, and the little vignette is to DIE. Nothin like a white bathroom.

What's your take on the subject? ;)

BTW - Happy Monday!!!!!!!!!!

Fabulousness times 4...

Lately I have been stressing a bit much, work keeps piling up, seems never-ending, and I crave and crave long baths & free time {not to mention a BIG ole drink} all the time. I found these images a while back and while I am speaking of long baths, this is the right time to share them.

What can be more awesome than relaxing with style?! I say NADA!

This one with the woods gives me the creeps a little bit, but that's probably just because it reminds me I am traumatized by horror movies, can't / wont watch them... Still think it's pretty flippin' awesome though.

today's brittish place ❤

After my previous post, which is totally useless and has nothing to do with this blog but I thought it would be somethin funny to do ;) [still cracking with that Brendan Fraser look-alike LOLs]

It's time to get down to our business of feeding our Passion for Beautiful Things.

I am totally obsessing with today's brittish place {yeah, again} You see, the Apsley house, is definitely where Holmes and I would live happily ever after... it has areas that are dark, a little gothic, decadent and luxurious and it has areas like the kitchen, the amazing white bathroom and the yard, which have this light and breezy feeling... totally perfect for us.

Just realized I need an image of Tony Montana pretty badly...

The Eames Lounge in that dark place is driving me so crazy, I want to be there so bad!

How about some contrast!!???

Chandelier? yes please.

stunning.

High Tech!

Oh I am geeking out again, I just watched the trailer for the last Harry Potter movie and died! I really am an obsessed, helpless potterhead...

Anyway, speaking of obsessions... I found the most amazing basin and I can not believe the fossil-shaped beauty!!!

Do you love? or hate....

High Tech Design really rocks!

On Easy Elegance...

The bathroom... {fabulous bathroom!!!} here, is the source of inspiration for my own little bathroom as I have just painted my walls with a very similar shade of gray and also replaced my sink... I will show pictures soon.

But anyway, here is this beautiful home full of dramatic accents I found on Martha Stewart.com and I absolutely adore... It belongs to Suzanna Bierwirth, a freelance creative director and cofounder of the design company Binth.

{allow me to insist on the absolute gorgeousness of the black accent wall!!!!!! I die....}

My Kohler lover

YAyyyy! I just bought a new sink for my bathroom upstairs, and I am pretty excited because I am also painting that bathroom... of course I will share pictures but for now, let me share something else with you.... there's so much gorgeousness in this gallery, you are going to wish you had 10 bathrooms in your house! The people behind Kohler's designs are just too good!

This post was going to be about my Top 5, but i couldnt decide as they are all singing to me, so I had to make it my TOP 8...
Eight - Ying Yang

Seven - Twirl

Six - Silver lover {sigh} ...

Five - Minimal & fun...

Four - Glass... totally modern {& Feng Shui friendly}

Three - This one is actually similar to the one i bought [and ME Likey!!!]
Mine is white though.

Two - Seriously, how amazing is this one?

One!!!! Yes, this brass sink is to DIE for! if only I had more space in my bathroom...
but the faucet I bought is 'almost' just like this one =D

Let's see if ya'll agree with my countdown....

Yes, there is more!

Hello there! Here's part TWO of the Styling delight provided by the awesome Katrine Martensen-Larsen... This is priceless because she styles the same bathroom in four different ways! showing just how we can all renovate our spaces with a little budget and a big imagination. Amen!

Katrine says:

"With a little imagination, new towels, sumptuous bath mats, a stylish shower curtain, colored candles, fresh flowers and last but not least - delicate soaps and creams, you can change the look of your bath significantly for much less. We have used the four seasons as inspiration".

Go to the link below the pictures and be prepared to drool... and tell me, which style do you like best?

The Gray area... part II

Good morning! hope you are all having a fantastic weekend... Lately, I have been crazy about gray, a couple of months ago, I posted The Gray Area, with some pretty clear examples of how warm gray can be. Today, I have the second part of that post, with some more gray inspiration. This color is so chic, elegant and calm... can't get enough of it!

Images property of http://www.livingetc.com/

If you are renting and you aren't allowed to paint your walls, like in the image below, use furniture, picture frames and pillows to add color, the secret is to keep the color palette very simple and fresh.

Oh Candle!

It really is no secret that us girls love candles... I have used a few to arrange a little oasis in my downstairs bathroom, using a few different elements such as cute little soaps, an adorable mini-plant and a Monet print. On the oposit wall there's the Budda and the oils... vanilla scent! Mmmmmmmmmm........

Not only do these elements look great together, but they create a Spa-like atmosphere that your guests will appreciate and enjoy.
I will add some color to this wall soon, but still can't decide which ;)

Normally you would think gray is a sad, cold color right? well, I have to tell you, its REALLY HOT!!! it's chic, refreshing and, if you add the right elements, and combine with the right colors, it can turn any room into a warm, cozy place... are you about to embark yourself on a painting project? find the inspiration you need at
