That's right. HIGH up in the air is where she belongs.

My second favorite Prima Ballerina is Natalia Osipova. A beautiful young dancer {she is 25} who recently left the Bolshoi Theater to move to the Mikhailovsky Theater in St. Petersburg. She cited "artistic freedom" as her reason for leaving..... so did her fiance, the AMAZING Ivan Vasilev {the next Baryshnikov, as critics call him}.


Natalia has dance every single leading role but the ones I like for her are energetic, explosive roles, as the allegro & jumping are CLEARLY her thing. Check her out and try to disagree!

Vacay Dreamin'

Last week there were countless times when I just absolutely lost my shit. I am in SERIOUS need of a Vacay..... but since I can't have time off for at least another month.... I am day-dreaming about what I'd do with my time.... here's what!

Honestly my loves..... as critics call him, "the next Baryshnikov" Ivan Vasiliev cannot be human. A person that good looking, sweet, talented, hot and adorable at the same time? PUH-LEASE!

His performance is extremely intense, very passionate and with impeccable technique.... really something to see..

Currently performing with theMikhaylovsky Theatre in St Petersburg, since Dec 2011... He was previously a principal dancer with the Bolshoi Ballet. 

.......... he is the fiancee of Natalia Osipova, one of the most amazing ballerinas of our day, Natalia will be featured here next week ;) Vasiliev and Osipova left the Bolshoi together when they both moved to the Mikhailovsky.

Falling.... 9 to 5

Best time of the year for showing off some serious layering and really showcasing your closet is definitely Fall...

I obsess with fall colors and trends every-single-year {and quite intensely} So, this is the first of 5 post with Fall outfits for different purposes.

Let's begin with a simple and classic 9 to 5 outfit featuring some serious burgundy & gold.

Speaking of 9 to 5 stuff............

I have had quite the dilema over the last 2 weeks, been offered 2 new jobs and in my current job things keep complicating {endlessly it seems}... so, let me ask you, when it comes to a job, do you usually follow your gut when making a decision? or do you think about it and sleep on it over and over?

I tend to create a lot of drama inside my head, and I've had many "Just-do-it" followed by "worst-idea-ever" moments this week...

Pff....

Too much or too fabulous?

I can't decide if I like this or not............. I love mirrors, love white, love pattern, love puffy things....

Happy Saturday my loves!!!!! will you be dancing today?

Here is one of my faves, Maria Alexandrova is a strong performer, incredibly strong if you ask me! She is perfect for roles of character like Don Quixote and the likes.

Maria graduated from the Moscow Academic School of Choreography (class of Prof. S. Golovkina) and the same year she joined the Bolshoi Ballet company where she has turned into a solid ballerina working with famous Marina Semyonova and Tatiana Golikova. Maria is distinguished by her beautiful lines, artistic skills and VERY unique technique. Enjoy!
