It's hard!

I say keeping an organized and cool kitchen is no easy task {got ample personal experience on the subject as I try and try and my own kitchen has never looked magazine-ready}

I found some pretty awesome pictures of kitchen organizing ideas. Lets see...

This island is GENIUS. take a vintage item and turn it into a life-saver like this one? PRICELESS.

Everything at hand. Very pretty set up this one!

I love the funky colors, the wood and the open shelves.

Clever, clever.

OK, this little nook is perfection, it's a take-all... but perfectly put togehter, books, antiques, keys and some kitchen items, talk about organization, it's all there!

How do you feel about this? is your kitchen all perfect? if so.... do you live here on Earth?

Love...xoxoxo

The Pretty way to: Revamp & organize......

Hi girls and boys! how are you doing lovelies!?

If ya'll wanna spend big bucks on decorating, just skip this post and scroll down to my previous one ;)

But if you, {like me} have a tight budget and love to get creative around the house, you will love this lil post. I am definitely going to hit a flea market immediately if not sooner and find a piece of furniture i can revamp... just look at these two pretties:

On the piece above, the detail is extremely important, notice thhe corners, the legend on each drawer, the ruffled shelves! The color is perfect for a beach style retreat or a cottage...

The one below has wallpaper {or fabric} on the inside of the doors. Hello lover!

This beauty has fabric inside the doors... I am lovin' the 'autumnish' color palette!

Inside you can use hangers for your jewelry, set up a mood board and pretty it all up with a take-all shell for rings, brooches etc.

Just how presh is this??? Old and salvaged baking supplies can most certainly add
vintage flair to any good ole drawer.

Are you ready to try some projects this weekend???

xoxo

For easy organizing...

If you, like me, feel like a cluttered house to start the year deserves a big fat NO.. then you'll appreciate a little inspiration in that department. Here is a fabulous example on how to organize two different areas of your home.

I will begin with the Laundry Room, because in my case, its the one that need the most work and sometimes I feel a bit frustrated. This is right up my alley..... Please note the labeled boxes on the top shelf and the gorgeous b&w photograph. This laundry room sings to me and I hope mine can look like this pretty soon!

In the case of the Dining room, if you have any kind of mess going on, you might want to consider a visit to the flea-market, because a cabinet like this one will be perfect for your needs. This works because it has a covered area at the bottom where you can place all those things that you don't want to be showing. And display all the pretty china above. Seriously... what a clever solution!

On the oposite wall, puh-lease!!! take a look at that perfectly styled buffet that really is the perfect storage solution. Perfect example that there is NO need to sacrify the style in order to have a functional dining room.

Annnd! I know this has nothing to do with the storage and organizing but please just look at that table!!! This place is a dream, really... the room is teeny, and yet, everything seems to just fit right in!
