Really small but Really clever

Here are 3 really-really small spaces with a ton of personality.

I honestly was like: SAY WHAT!? Can't believe a place so small can look that good and be so functional at the same time!!!

1: Grown-up and sophisticated

{rich tones and textures and a jazzy, elegant vibe... I wanna touch everything in this room!!}

2.- sunny, cheerful, modern

This is probably not the direction I would take, but I have to admit some of the choices here are genius!!!

3.- Finally, we have this awesome living/office area

Which is absolutely fabulous. I love the neutral, organic elements, love the white, the house plant

and the DESK!!! this place is small but looks super-duper comfortable!

Refurbished Flat in Barcelona

This is one of the most glorious refurbished spaces I've ever seen. You know, old buildings have a certain charm to it, which is why many people like buying Old rather than new... fixer-uppers sure are attractive to some of us, but remodeling can be really expensive. 

The house features a delicious blend of contemporary and traditional- swoon.

It's a Head, but not necessaraly a Board

Yes, we may or may not have to rename this.

After all, more and more troubled human beings preoccupied with the eternal question:

-What to do for a Headboard?- Are now opting for getting creative with paint. And this trend has gotten HUGE.

After all, they say it's ok to bend the rules. So I think i'ts MORE than ok to bend the board.

Here are some designs I found quite innnneresting:

First of all, this is genius. The black accent wall is Hotness right now so you can't go wrong with this. I believe a painted headboard should be just like this one: tall and well defined. The effect is ultra-chic.

Gonna need an adorable cartoonish design for a little girl, something that makes her feel like inside a Dr Seuss episode. Is this too cute or what!

I'd personally go for this next one, well defined single line that is soft but at the same time it makes a strong statement. In my case it's a statement that says "I've got style you *i*ches!"

Here is a similar but more intricate and elaborate design. They've added some texture and part of me likes it and part of me hates it. What say you?

Lastly, you're gonna need a whimsical tree with flowers of birds if you're going for the asian/feng shui vibe. I LOVE this design but dont like the pink background. A warm white would have worked better.

Interiors that shine - Barcelona

There is something about all things Spanish, and this home... omg, I have to tell you, with every image, my heart skipped a beat. OH-So modern, chic, full of light, and comfortable! There is nothing better than Friendly-Elegant, I say.

Guys, this is a GOOD ONE here. There are so many things that work in this house, I dont even know where to begin. So let's begin by the front shall we?

I am having to breathe into a paperbag just by looking at the front of this house. I mean, who lives in such a charming home? and more importantly, where is my boyfriend when I need to tell him he has to buy me this house when we get married? Wait. He has not proposed so maybe that's not the way to get my hands on this house. Eff.

Ok, the terrace...

In we go... best living area I have seen in quite a while. Please check out the lamps, the architectural richness of this space, the natural light, the drool-worthy open storage, the delicious gray sectional and the darling wooden tables. The rug of course provides the most amazing accent with that yummy texture and IMPOSSIBLE white.

Another view of the genious stairs... those floors are a dream too.

This simple and quiet dining area, cleverly divided by some sort of half-wall that hangs there, I mean, c´mon!

This side of the kitchen is to die. My obsession with chalkboard paint would be fulfilled here. For a while anyway. Pops of yellow add the one touch of adorbzness that was missing. Voilá!

Home office porn. This one, is just TOO GOOD. I can't deal.

Free Spirit

This home, found at my fave site Homedit is making me drool people. DROOL.

There are so many good elements here: delicious shades of grey, awesome wall art, beautiful fabrics and textures and swoon-worthy vintage finds. There's a boho-chic feel to this place that makes my knees weak.

Makes me think that maybe, if I lived in a place like this one, I'd be cooler {cause only someone REALLY cool would live here}, healthier {organic tea and all that}, would have better music {I already have the doors and Alanis Morisette, but evidently it's NOT enough people, not enough}, and would have a free-spirited lifestyle... {For starters, I'd know how to ride a bike}......... it's all existentially confusing.......... I CANNOT deal guys, this apartment is too good.
